I've listed questions below that some people ask and some that you may think of. Click on the question if it relates to yours to see the response I have. You can also just browse through the questions. Any new questions that come up may end up being posted here. I hope these help you out some.

General Questions

Q. I'd like to make my own Sailor Moon site, but I don't know how. Can you help me?
A.
I can give a few HTML pointers or something, but I'm not going to sit here and design a full site for you. I have 5 websites that I currently am trying to work on... along with the fact that competitors just don't build each others' stores.

Q. Why don't you have any fanfics?
A.
Fanfics just aren't my thing. I don't write any, so I have no need for a Fanfic section. If you would like to see some on my site, get people to contribute their works and I'll set it up.

Q. Do you know where I can find some Sailor Moon videos and CDs? In English?
A.
If I've found any Sailor Moon videos or CDs, they'd be in my Music & Video Shop. I can't control which language they are published in, but I can tell you now that most or all of them are in English.

Q. Why does your site look distorted in my browser?
A.
Probably because you are using MSIE (which I think sucks). Any browser built into AOL really sucks, so don't even use them. Currently I'm using Netscape 3.0 for Win3.1 to test view my site. I had Netscape 4.0, but the main partition for my slave hard drive disappeared and so all did the data. Netscape 3.0 is all I have right now. I'll try to make my site more compatible as soon as I can test it in other browsers.

Q. There's horizontal scrollbar at the bottom of the window. How can I get rid of it?
A.
First off, make sure your browser is maximized. If the bar is still there, the resolution for your monitor is lower than 800x600. Your monitor may be able to handle 800x600 and you don't know it. Mine was set at 640x480 for over a year and then I was fooling around with my settings and it was able to do 800x600, so maybe yours can, too. You can change your resolution by clicking the "Start" button, going to "Settings", "Control Panel", "Display", then "Settings". Change the "Desktop Area" option to "800x600" and press "Apply". You can also right-click on the desktop and select "Properties" from the pop-up menu. When you change your resolution, it'll say you have to restart your computer. As for Win3.1 people, I forgot how you can change it, but I think it's basically the same thing.

Q. Did you actually create this whole site? Did anyone help you?
A.
Yes.. I created the whole thing. I did all the HTML and custom graphics. Of course I didn't create the basic Sailor Moon images or MIDIs. No one helped me because I don't allow it. The only help I get is an occassional media contribution from someone.

Q. Is your site available in any other language?
A.
Unfortunately, no. I used to be able to speak Spanish a little decent, but even at that point, I wasn't fluent enough to compose something like this site in Spanish. So for now English is the only version available.

Images & Sound

Q. Can you send me a zip of the pics?
A.
No. There are too many. You'll just have to save them one-by-one. Sorry.

Q. Can you send me a zip of the MIDIs?
A.
Due to popular demand, I've included a zip on the MIDI Archive page. It actually contains more MIDIs than are downloadable on the page. Those other MIDIs are listed at the bottom of the MIDI page.

Q. How can I save the MIDIs to my hard drive?
A.
Just right-click the link and select "Save Link As...".

Q. Can I use images and MIDIs from here on my site?
A.
You can use any of the MIDIs, but you can only use images that I didn't custom make. For more information, see the Copyright & Usage Info page.

Palace Theater

Q. I tried to watch a movie and I didn't see anything. Why not?
A.
Probably because you don't have the VivoActive plugin installed into your browser. If you do, then it either has been disabled or became corrupt. Get a copy of it here.

Q. Why do the videos keep pausing and take a long time before starting again?
A.
Well that happens for everyone, but if the problem is really severe for you, that means your connection is really slow. The price of 56K modems have drastically gone down since their first production. Try contacting a discount computer parts place to get a good deal on a faster modem. Computer shows are also a good bet.

Q. Those videos are cool. How can I save them and view them offline?
A.
Save them out of your cache or right-click one of these and select "Save Link As..." : Final Battle - My Only Love - Oh Starry Night - Rainy Day Man. To view them again, just load up Netscape, then go to the "File" menu, select "Open File...", type in "*.viv" and hit enter. Locate the movie you want to see and select it.

Sailor Moon Greetings

Q. I sent a card to someone but they haven't gotten it in their mailbox yet. Why not?
A.
One of two things: 1) You didn't enter in the person's e-mail address correctly, or 2) the server is running slow. More cases than not, people don't enter in the e-mail address correctly. Make sure you put their address in the format of name@domain.com. ALL addresses must have that format. I've had a problem with AOL people being used to AOL e-mail and not remembering to include "@aol.com" to send the card to another person.

Q. Does the card site send a card to them as an attachment or do they have to pick it up?
A.
The person gets an e-mail containing their pickup number. The person then has to go to my card site and enter the number. The card they get will be the same one as the the one you see when you press "Preview".

Q. I'm an AOL user and the card I sent is not showing up in my "Mail Sent". Why not?
A.
The card is not being sent through your AOL software. The mail sent to your friend is composed and sent with a CGI program on the Personal Postcards website. Remember to include "@aol.com" at the end of both your and your friend's screennames when entering in the e-mail addresses!

Not-So-Frequently Asked Questions

Q. What is the song that is played when they destroy Queen Beryl? Do you have it?
A.
The name of the song is Carry On. You can find it in the MIDI Archive. If you'd like to see the "music video", check it out at the Palace Theater. The one you'd want to see is "The Final Battle".
