The new Palace is under construction! It is taking longer than planned because the new version uses alot of embedded JavaScript and all-new HTML design. I am also redoing all the custom graphics. Expect alot from the new site!
If any of you want to be notified when the move happens, PLEASE join my mailing list. I cannot keep track of e-mail addresses sent directly to me. Also, the new site will have a privacy policy so my visitors will not have to worry about information submitted to me.
I have been receiving alot of award, club, and webring applications. Currently I am not reviewing any of them. They are, however, being saved for when the new site is completed. It may be quite a while before that happens. If you do apply, expect a long wait for a reply.
